Posted March 11, 2019 07:10:33What do you do with a wedding that you’re planning but don’t know where to go to?
If you’re the wedding planner of an Austin-area couple, you need a guide to find a local venue, find the wedding venue and how to get started.
This guide was written by Sarah Nunn and the authors of the book “The Wedding Planner’s Guide to the City of Wedding Closures.”
Sarah Nunn is a licensed wedding planner with more than 20 years of experience and is a partner in Nunn Consulting, a boutique wedding planning firm based in Austin.
She is also a former Texas A&M student and the editor of Texas Wedding Closure, which is now available at bookstores and online.
Sarah’s advice for couples planning to hold their wedding in the Austin area is very relevant for everyone.
“Make sure you’ve got the wedding planning you need and you’re comfortable with it,” she said.
“It’s important to have your budget in place.
You have to have a plan for the wedding and make sure it’s going to work out.”
If you’re a wedding planning professional in Austin, the Nunn Wedding Planners Guide to Austin is a great resource to know, with step-by-step photos and a handy glossary of wedding-related terminology.
It’s an easy read for both seasoned and new wedding planners.
Here are some of the key points in the guide:First, find out where the venue is located.
You can do this by looking at the map and the venue on the website, which includes the address of the venue and the name of the event.
It might help to call the venue to get the contact information for the venue.
Second, find your budget.
“You’re going to have to be budget-friendly,” Nunn said.
You might want to make sure you know how much you need for the entire ceremony.
You also need to have enough money for a wedding photographer and a DJ.
Third, choose the location.
“The key to making a good wedding venue is location,” Nynson said.
She says you want to choose a venue that’s close to your city.
“When you are going to be there, you should be able to find the venue by walking.”
Fourth, find a venue.
“There’s a lot of planning that goes into getting the venue ready,” Ninn said.
This includes finding a good location, the music, the decor, the lighting, and other factors.
“Find a good venue,” she says.
“If you can’t find a good space in your area, make sure that you have the money to cover the costs for it.”
The final step is to figure out the wedding’s timing.
“Weddings need to be in a place where it is in a very short time,” Nill said.
If you have a lot to do and your wedding is going to happen in less than a week, you might need to delay the wedding a week.
If your wedding isn’t scheduled to occur until the following week, consider delaying the wedding.
Fifth, figure out where you will be holding the wedding ceremony.
“In a short space of time, the wedding should be over,” Nilly said.
Find a venue with a long parking lot or a big lawn.
“I’ve seen people holding weddings in an area where they had to go out of town for the event,” Nahn said.
Sixth, find other wedding venues.
“Once you’ve found the right venue, you’re going for a long ceremony,” Nisss said.
In addition to getting your wedding venue ready, Nunn says you need some other wedding-friendly venues in your city as well.
“For example, you have to consider parking,” she explained.
“Even though you might have a small parking lot, you’ll have to find other places to park for people who want to attend your wedding.”
When you’re ready to start planning your wedding, make a list of your guests, dates, venues, and the date and time.
“This is the most important piece of your planning,” Niddins said.
Have your guests arrive at least two weeks before the wedding, she said, and plan the reception in advance.
She also suggests putting a lot on the calendar, such as having a pool party for all the guests and having the reception at a local bar or restaurant.
“You want to have as many wedding plans on your calendar as possible,” Ninds said, so you don’t get overwhelmed.
“Planning a wedding in advance is a good way to have it in place so that you can plan ahead and know what your guests want.”
Nunn and Nunn are a couple of members of the Texas Wedding Coalition.
They are currently organizing the 2018 Austin Wedding Coalition in Austin and are looking for other members.
